By completing a purchase on WyldeGrey.com, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all store policies, including our final sale and bulk order policies. Orders placed in bulk are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, Wylde Grey does not accept returns once an order has been fulfilled.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details and store policies prior to completing their purchase. By submitting payment, the customer confirms they understand and accept that their order may not be returned unless it arrives damaged or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue. If approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit.
