You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition: unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
2. Free Return Shipping
We are pleased to offer free return shipping on all domestic orders. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label via email.
3. No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. You will receive a full refund for the product price.
4. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at hello@wyldegrey.com with your order number. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to send your package back to us.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
6. Damages and Issues
