5-Minute MORNING FOCUS Barre Routine

After you sing your good morning song and drink your matcha latte, it’s time to try this five-minute focus barre workout from June Tate of Body Dada Studio in Los Angeles.

The routine is designed to energize and center you for the day ahead. It doesn’t require a ballet barre, making it easy to do anywhere. You just need a bit of room, your (fully cleaned) emotional support water bottle, and some optional light weights.
