Movement and matcha is how we like to start our mornings. And this five-minute, five-move yoga flow from Rachel Hirsch, cofounder of Empowered Yoga, is perfect for starting any day, particularly days when we need an extra nudge to get out of bed. 

The routine is made up of five different stretches that get your blood flowing, wake up your fascia, and give you a little hit of motivating dopamine. 

Plus, stretching in the morning just feels good.
