No — the 30% needs no code and is already in the price you see. A code is only needed for the WELCOME15 newsletter offer below.
Yes, once. Join the newsletter and you get WELCOME15 — an extra 15% off your first order, entered in the coupon box at checkout. Apart from that one welcome code, the 30% cannot be combined with another promotion or percent-off offer.
shipping
Yes — standard shipping is complimentary on every order shipped within the United States and Canada, with no minimum spend. Orders to other countries are quoted at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.
Once shipped, United States orders usually arrive in 5–10 business days and international orders in 7–15 business days. These are carrier estimates, not guaranteed dates.
tracking your order
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships. Enter your order number and billing email on our track your order page to see its current status.
Carriers sometimes scan late, so allow 48 hours. If it is still stuck, email us with your order number and tracking number and we will open a claim with the carrier.
Check with your building, neighbours and any safe place named on the tracking, then contact us within 7 days of that scan. The full process is in our Shipping Policy.
international orders
Yes. Rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout for your address.
Import duties, customs charges and local taxes are set by your country and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in what you pay us.
returns and refunds
All orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed — this is how we keep product safety, hygiene and authenticity standards.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. After review we will send a replacement, if available, or refund your original payment method.
payment and secure shopping
All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Link, depending on your browser and device.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe over an encrypted connection and are never stored on our servers, and the whole site runs over HTTPS.
