Muscle Relief Bath Soak

This luxurious single-use soak is made with arnica, calendula flowers (the flowers come in a tea bag, so you don’t mess up your tub), and three different kinds of salt. The bath is absolutely transformative—we felt amazing afterward—to help cleanse and soothe, ease sore muscles, and dissolves tension. We discovered it at Surya Spa in Santa Monica but now keep at least two single-serve boxes of it in our cabinet at all times—you never know when you’re (really) going to need it.
