At once familiar and fresh, this baguette bag is handcrafted—by Spanish artisans—from polished black leather. It has an intricately woven top flap with a faux buckle detail; flip it open, and you can see just how precisely each piece is slotted together. Inside, a large interior slip pocket keeps your plastics organized while the main compartment leaves room enough for a phone, keys, a few lip products—all the usual odds and ends.

Hereu (the Catalan word for “heir”) specializes in handcrafted shoes and accessories made by local artisans in Spain. It was founded by two friends, José Luis Bartolomé and Albert Escribano, who, after spending years in London and Paris, wanted to return to their Mediterranean roots. Here fuses modern designs with hundred-year-old craft traditions—we’re particularly fond of the signature canvas carryalls with round leather handles.
