Like every piece in the goop Home cookware collection, our Covered Casserole is made with upcycled stainless steel and aluminum and is manufactured without PFAS, PFOA, lead, or cadmium. Backed by a hard-anodized aluminum coating, the pan resists damage and never releases harmful fumes even if you accidentally overheat or thermal-shock it; the nonstick coating is derived from sand and applied without glue or other additives, so it’s heat-resistant up to 450°C.
